Meet Our Passionate Owner
Miriam and Israel, after getting to know and work in the food industry, made the decision to share the food they love so much from the city they come from—bringing with it the flavors that make it truly special.
With the help of Luis, Israel’s father, and their son Daniel, they began offering their food and recipes, quickly finding success. Eventually, they opened their own restaurant.
Israel became the mastermind behind the vision, while Miriam became the backbone and heart of it all—adding her special touch and seasoning to every dish. And that’s how this great story began.
